This is your professional introduction and it’s your only chance to make a memorable first impression. Since a hiring manager will spend an average of 15 seconds looking over your resume, it’s crucial you grab their attention from the get-go. And I don’t mean flashy font and big words, I mean show them value. Show them what they want to see.

Although they do have fancy websites and lofty promises, the truth is these larger organizations charge you an arm and a leg for fairly basic resume writing services. They spend a lot of money and resources on advertising, trying desperately to increase their online reach, but then they have to jack up their prices to pay for all those promotions. Some of the “top” companies charge as much as $1000 for resume services! WHAT!?!
